This 4-hour session will run you through the cost-saving concepts of developing your own black and white film at home. As well as this, you'll have the chance to make a contact print of your negative! BYO exposed rolls of B&W film (as many as you'd like to develop). All chemistry is included and you'll also receive a small information booklet for future reference. After doing this class you will be able to become a member of Rozelle Darkroom and receive a 2 week discount! Scanning is great but many just scan and forget. How can you call photographers artists if they're not creating? Learn how to compose and build a darkroom print from scratch. It's not easy, but it's definitely rewarding and you'll also come out knowing a bit about a dying craft! BYO exposed roll of B&W film Pick out some good frames that you'd like to print! Cooking Colour Print colour negs
Cooking with colour will take you on a journey into building colour prints from your negatives with the RA-4 developing method. You'll learn the basics of RA-4 chemistry maintenance and processing as well as the nuances of different types of colour paper. After this class, you will be able to make lustrous colour prints, correct colour issues, stylistic effects and safe chemistry and apparatus management. This class will be taught on the LPL-7700 colour enlarger system. After doing this class you will be able to become a member of Rozelle Darkroom and receive a 2 week discount!
